The AI Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and AI capabilities. This role ensures AI initiatives are strategically aligned and deliver measurable value. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, documenting AI opportunities, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and supporting the successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with business units to uncover and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
Requirements & Business Case: Define business requirements, translate them into actionable specifications for AI solutions, and develop business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI frameworks.
Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate sessions to ensure alignment between business goals and AI solutions.
Success & Adoption: Define KPIs, track project outcomes, and support the integration, training, and adoption of AI solutions.
Market Intelligence: Monitor AI trends and competitor strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
Understanding of Gen AI / ML concepts, technologies, and business applications.
Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with financial services workflows and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in business intelligence and visualization tools (e.G., Power BI).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, IT, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in business analysis, preferably with exposure to AI-driven projects in financial services.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
