Our client is seeking an AI Portfolio Coordinator to manage and coordinate their AI initiatives, focusing on intake, tracking, reporting, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Coordinate the intake and pipeline of AI ideas, maintain tracking, and support capacity planning.
Reporting & Dashboarding: Build and refresh portfolio dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to track throughput, ROI, adoption metrics, and risk flags;publish reports for leadership.
Governance & Compliance: Coordinate agendas and minutes for AI governance councils and portfolio reviews. Assist with Responsible AI checklists, model/agent inventory, compliance evidence collection, and audit readiness.
Coordination: Track vendor contracts, statements of work, and deliverables. Draft executive summaries and support internal training on portfolio processes.
What You Bring:
2–4+ years in portfolio/program coordination, PMO, or business/operations analyst roles, preferably in financial services.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SharePoint, and collaboration suites (Jira, Confluence). SQL skills are an asset.
Strong data visualization and executive reporting skills.
Familiarity with portfolio governance, intake-to-prototype workflows, and change/issue controls.
Awareness of AI/ML concepts, model/agent lifecycle basics, and Responsible AI considerations.
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to AI/GenAI initiatives (e.G., coordinating testing or launch of LLM or agentic workflows).
Prior banking or asset/wealth portfolio coordination experience.
