An enterprise organization in the GTA is looking for a senior Process Engineering Consultant with hands-on AI automation experience to support a large-scale transformation program.
This role is ideal for someone who understands end-to-end process redesign first, and then knows how and where to apply AI or intelligent automation to drive measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives, from discovery, redesign, implementation Map current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design simplified future-state processes Assess where AI or automation should be applied Enable AI-driven solutions such as NLP-based workflows, LLM-enabled automations, RAG/knowledge assistants, or intelligent document automation Evaluate feasibility for AI solutions: data structure, decision logic, governance, risks, and human-in-the-loop requirements Partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, process logic, and adoption plans Lead workshops, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and communicate complex concepts simply
Must-Have Qualifications 8–10+ years in Process Engineering or Business Process Improvement Proven experience leading AI automation or intelligent automation initiatives Strong background in Lean Six Sigma / DMAIC / Design Thinking Hands-on experience redesigning workflows across multiple teams, systems, and lifecycle stages Ability to handle unstructured data and build workflows that integrate NLP/LLMs/AI agents Demonstrated experience making or coordinating process decisions Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading workshops
