Our client is seeking an innovative and technically skilled AI Solution Engineer to design, prototype, and deliver next-generation intelligent solutions, leveraging GenAI, LLMs, and agent-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Delivery: Architect and prototype high-impact AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent orchestration frameworks (e.G., LangChain, AutoGen) to transform advisor workflows and client engagement.
Agent Development & Integration: Build and integrate autonomous agents for multi-step financial tasks (e.G., financial planning, client onboarding), connecting them securely with core platforms (CRM, portfolio, data).
Compliance & Responsible AI: Deploy and maintain GenAI applications, ensuring performance, security, and compliance with financial regulations. Implement guardrails and monitoring to ensure reliable and compliant agent behavior.
Enablement & Collaboration: Collaborate with business, product, and compliance teams. Develop documentation, run workshops, and provide mentorship to support the adoption and scaling of AI capabilities.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and delivery, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
Hands-on expertise with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration tools (e.G., LangChain, AutoGen, Hugging Face).
Strong systems design and solution architecture skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), MLOps, and secure application deployment.
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills;ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with frontend frameworks, data visualization tools, prompt engineering, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and enterprise system integration.
