The Senior Project Manager will oversee interconnected workstreams including data migration, integration, testing, and data replication. The role also involves business analysis and strategic support for the AMS/SAP Management Team on the HR technology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex, institution-wide IT projects, specifically the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding.
Manage all project phases, track resources, and control budgets.
Provide strong project management and business analysis expertise to improve HR systems' efficiency.
Lead the RFP process and vendor selection for implementation partners.
Manage extensive vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
Conduct research, analytical work, and prepare materials to support strategic planning for HR technology.
Provide strategic advice and deliver presentations to senior leadership and committees.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
University graduate or equivalent.
Required: Recognized certification in project management (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM).
Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Certifications (Employee Central Core, Onboarding 2.0).
Assets: ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and Courses in Human Resources.
Experience (Minimum 8 years in HR technology PM):
Leading large-scale/institutional-wide IT projects.
