What You’ll Do
Develop, manage, and grow client accounts in IT staffing across Vancouver and Western Canada.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and procurement leads, understanding their business challenges and talent needs.
Partner with our senior recruiting team to deliver exceptional candidate solutions.
Negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, and ensure service delivery excellence.
Drive revenue and gross margin growth by identifying opportunities, expanding accounts, and building long-term partnerships.
Represent Alquemy at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT staffing industry.
Proven ability to build and grow enterprise-level client relationships.
Strong understanding of IT skill sets, project environments, and staffing delivery models.
A self-starter mentality with the discipline to operate independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must be located in Vancouver, BC for local client meetings and occasional team gatherings.
