Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing product designs and technical changes.
Ensuring compliance with specifications in work instructions and processes.
Interpreting acceptance criteria and optimizing control plans.
Coordinating problem-solving and corrective actions for non-conformities.
Performing internal and supplier audits.
Analyzing data and leading continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
10+ years of experience.
Leadership skills.
Good French communication skills.
Teamwork skills.
Knowledge of GD&T, AS 9100, and aerospace standards.
Computer skills.

Assets:

Auditor training.
Training in quality engineering or continuous improvement (APQP, CQE, Six Sigma).

Other:

Must obtain security clearance.
