Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on AV room equipment.
  • Conduct hardware replacement and troubleshooting.
  • Provide user support by responding to calls/tickets and assisting with classroom technology.
  • Lead project work for upgrading equipment.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency with Crestron equipment.
  • General PC knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with audio systems, including microphones and amplifiers.
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in a higher education environment is a plus.
