We are seeking an Automation Support SME to support and maintain enterprise automation solutions within a large-scale production environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, operational support, automation monitoring, and ensuring critical business processes run reliably.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support UiPath production environments
Monitor automation jobs, queues, assets, and schedules
Troubleshoot automation issues and perform root cause analysis
Support deployments, upgrades, and production releases
Maintain operational documentation and support procedures
