Job Description

Summary:

Support major HR systems transformation initiative.
Develop RFP for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation partner.
Evaluate and select implementation partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business/technical requirements.
Lead RFP document development.
Define evaluation criteria/scoring.
Coordinate RFP activities (Q&A, reviews, etc.).
Analyze vendor responses, prepare comparison matrices.
Support partner selection.
Support contract negotiation.
Document RFP process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related).
5+ years Business Analyst experience.
RFP writing/procurement process experience.
Familiarity with HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong analytical/communication skills.
Ability to collaborate/manage priorities.
Higher education/public sector experience.
Knowledge of public procurement regulations (Ontario/Canada).
