Job Description

Summary:
  • Support major HR systems transformation initiative.
  • Develop RFP for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation partner.
  • Evaluate and select implementation partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business/technical requirements.
  • Lead RFP document development.
  • Define evaluation criteria/scoring.
  • Coordinate RFP activities (Q&A, reviews, etc.).
  • Analyze vendor responses, prepare comparison matrices.
  • Support partner selection.
  • Support contract negotiation.
  • Document RFP process.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related).
  • 5+ years Business Analyst experience.
  • RFP writing/procurement process experience.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical/communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate/manage priorities.
  • Higher education/public sector experience.
  • Knowledge of public procurement regulations (Ontario/Canada).
