Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the evaluation and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM) to replace an existing project management solution. This role focuses on requirements discovery, process mapping, and configuration support throughout the initiative lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and process-mapping workshops with stakeholders.
Document current-state (as-is) and design future-state (to-be) processes in ServiceNow SPM.
Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and configuration specifications.
Support ServiceNow SPM configuration activities and manage requirements/delivery backlogs using Azure DevOps Boards.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise technology initiatives.
Strong requirements engineering, documentation, and business process mapping (as-is / to-be) skills.
Experience translating business processes into system configuration requirements.
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and supporting system implementations/UAT.
Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and requirements management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM).
Experience supporting enterprise tool evaluations or system replacements.
