We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets and Microsoft Dynamics to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of projects. This role involves analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, identifying improvements, and working closely with stakeholders to drive effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements related to Capital Markets and Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
Map current state processes, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to improve efficiency.
Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables for technology initiatives.
Participate in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring proper testing, defect resolution, and change management processes.
Support the execution of test cases, validate system functionalities, and assist in UAT sessions.
Work with vendors to negotiate deliverables, manage change requests, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Support integration projects involving Microsoft Dynamics and other financial systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards within the Capital Markets domain.
Skills & Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integration with financial systems.
Experience working with cloud-based applications and system integrations.
Solid understanding of Capital Markets, including trading platforms, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
