We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst to support the assessment and optimization of a Guidewire BillingCenter implementation. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and leverage Guidewire best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Assess existing business processes and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Analyze production issues, system enhancements, and operational challenges.
Evaluate system integrations, workflows, and data flows.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document current and future-state processes.
Recommend configuration improvements and greater use of standard Guidewire functionality.
Produce assessment findings, process documentation, and implementation recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter is required.
Experience gathering requirements, process analysis, and solution documentation.
Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
CBAP, CCBA, or similar Business Analysis certification is an asset.
