Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collect and document complex business requirements (use cases).
Provide the business perspective during system analysis and design.
Help manage project tasks and schedules.
Contribute to test plan development.
Provide project status updates.
Identify and solve project problems.
Support user training documentation.
Coordinate other BAs.
Prepare reports.

Requirements:

Software development diploma/degree.
5+ years of business analysis experience.
Strong facilitation skills for user workshops.
Proficiency in UML.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience drawing out and communicating requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, and SQL Navigator.
Ability to work in a team.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.

Project Management and software development methodology knowledge is beneficial.
