Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive the design and delivery of digital solutions and processes in a policy-driven environment. Focus areas include requirements definition, operational analysis, system support, and change management to meet business, privacy, and audit standards.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements;translate to functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
Support operational teams with process design, workflow reviews, and system enhancements.
Conduct data and risk analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
Support project delivery (planning, risk management, testing, UAT) and design operational reports and procedures.
Manage change, communications, and training for new/updated processes.
Ensure data integrity, security, privacy, and audit compliance across integrated systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting digital or enterprise systems.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments.
Familiarity with system testing, UAT, and change management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
