A critical liaison between business and technical teams, supporting the early phase of business readiness for a major corporate transformation program focused on HR, Finance, and Procurement functions. This role ensures alignment of process, data, change, and technical deliverables to meet business value.

Experience with large transformation programs.
Experience with data and process assessments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze and translate business needs, gathering and documenting data requirements (including developing a data dictionary for HR, Finance, and Procurement processes).
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Data, and Process teams to align process development and data inventory.
Support business readiness for an ERP implementation by contributing to deliverables (e.G., action plans, governance content) and managing risks/dependencies.
Top Skills Required:
Undergraduate Degree in Commerce, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
2+ years of experience in a digital journey/digitalization project.
Experience with data and process inventory/design work.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Assets:
BA Certification (e.G., IIBA CBAP®) or willingness to obtain.
Experience with modern ERPs and large transformation programs.
Experience working in Finance, HR, and/or Procurement portfolios.
