Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support IT project teams within a large public-sector environment. The successful candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective technology and process solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and document detailed business needs.
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop business cases, use cases, and user stories.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align solutions with objectives.
Support testing, training, and implementation activities.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or related field.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
5+ years in process analysis/re-engineering and writing requirements.
5+ years working in Agile environments.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven political acumen and critical thinking ability.
Preferred
IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA) or knowledge of BABOK.
