Job Description

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) contractor for their Online Application Solutions team. This team builds and maintains internal and external applications and supports third-party software.

Role: BSA to complete tasks as directed by the team manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed user stories and business requirements.
  • Educate stakeholders on system changes and new features.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand needs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues.
Required Skills:
  • 5-7 years of BSA experience.
  • SQL query experience.
  • Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience.
  • Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Software development understanding.
  • Web Application experience.
Desirable Skills:
  • SQL Server Experience.
