Job Description

Our client is seeking a Cloud Engineer with expertise in GCP and/or AWS environments.

Must-Have Skills:

Cloud engineering experience (GCP/AWS), including BigQuery API and Composer.
Spark & Airflow deployment and optimization.
Architecture and operation of container technologies (Kubernetes, service mesh).
Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
Expertise with modern CI/CD systems (ArgoCD, Circle-CI, GitHub Actions).
Experience with microservices architectures and debugging.
Expertise with Linux system administration, networking, and security in a Cloud environment.
Knowledge of cloud monitoring and troubleshooting.
Scripting proficiency (Python, Go, Java, JS a plus).
Knowledge of System Design.
Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

PySpark & data processing ETL.
Advanced SQL.
Flink & Kafka.
Customer-facing applications experience.
Sensitive data handling/encryption experience.
