Our client is seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Functional Lead to implement the PeopleSoft Grants and Contracts modules within the PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) system, version 9.2 PUM 49, PT 8.60. This project involves replacing the current Research Management System (RMS) - Converis application and requires an in-depth understanding of integral FSCM components.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of the PeopleSoft Grants and Contracts modules.
Confirm and elaborate system requirements from Research and Finance portfolios.
Conduct fit-gap analysis between current RMS requirements and the target PeopleSoft implementation.
Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
Oversee data conversion and mapping from third-party systems to PeopleSoft.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Maintain and communicate the library of project documentation to the consultants, developers, and the entire team.
Mentor and guide functional team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure the project meets its objectives within the defined timeline and budget.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience (10+ years) with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, including Grants and Contracts modules, ideally with recent updates (Image 49) and PeopleTools 8.60.
Demonstrated experience in fit-gap analysis and developing functional specifications.
Strong background in data conversion and mapping from third-party systems to PeopleSoft.
Preferable experience with Gideon Taylor eForms.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to mentor and develop functional team members.
