Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate all aspects of the IAM implementation, including workstreams, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
Act as primary liaison with the vendor, managing relationships, contracts, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project status reports, decision logs, and RAID logs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Monitor project needs and ensure resource allocation.
Facilitate regular meetings with internal teams, product owner, and external partners.

Skills and experience required:

8 years of project management experience in large organizations, preferably in cybersecurity or IAM.
IAM product knowledge, with SailPoint experience a strong asset.
Proven track record of managing tech vendors and enterprise IT projects.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
Resilient and confident approach with a strong focus on delivery.
