The Engagement Lead will drive the digital future of hospitality and food commerce, focusing on seamless consumer solutions. This role requires an execution powerhouse who thrives on organization, cross-functional collaboration, and business transformation. You will operationalize processes, align technology and product initiatives, and partner with product, development, agency, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. Acting as the glue between teams, you'll ensure execution excellence, streamline product workflows, ensure release readiness, and enable successful adoption.
Responsibilities:
Product Operations: Partner with Product Owners to translate roadmaps into actionable plans, ensuring operational readiness, cross-team alignment, and measurable outcomes. Identify and optimize bottlenecks in product delivery and adoption.
Program Development: Own day-to-day planning and execution of cross-functional technology and product initiatives, managing program governance, reporting, and communications. Create detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies, risks, and escalations.
Cross-functional Alignment and Collaboration: Develop change readiness plans with stakeholders to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and products. Track adoption metrics and create targeted communications, training, and engagement plans.
Experience Required:
5-7+ years in program management, product operations, and/or revenue operations.
Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, program execution, large-scale product rollouts, and operational frameworks.
Highly-organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple strategic initiatives.
Familiarity with product operations frameworks and practices (release readiness, product analytics, road mapping).
Hands-on expertise with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Collaborative and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
