Our Client is seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer, IAM, to lead the implementation and expansion of its SailPoint system. This role involves setting the strategic direction for Identity Governance & Administration, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery and operationalization of SailPoint solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Operational Support: Evaluate existing SailPoint implementations, design and integrate solutions for various applications (custom, SaaS, legacy), troubleshoot complex issues, develop custom SailPoint Connectors in Java, implement Lifecycle States, Roles, Access Profiles, and configure certification campaigns.
Leadership & Strategic Vision: Provide architectural and technical leadership, partner on the SailPoint roadmap, advocate for continuous improvement, and collaborate with teams to support operations and deliver projects.
Agile Scrum Practices: Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years in Identity Access Management (IAM), including process creation, governance, and end-to-end system implementation.
Prior experience leading SailPoint implementations, including connecting authoritative sources, defining identity profiles, and creating transform maps.
Minimum 3 years in an architecture or development leadership role, gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs.
Ability to mentor junior team members.
Deep understanding of IAM technologies and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Knowledge of Active Directory, shell scripting, Java, and JavaScript.
