This role involves identifying, developing, evaluating, and maintaining new product engagement strategies, with a focus on digital platforms and communication. The Product Manager will understand evolving pension business needs, identify risks, and find resolutions to achieve business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the development of product strategies and execution roadmaps for digital platforms.
Developing and implementing innovative engagement programs, monitoring effectiveness, and making data-driven adjustments.
Leveraging digital technologies to enhance educational experiences on websites.
Identifying new product opportunities and contributing to end-to-end client experience strategies.
Translating product strategies into initiatives and leading/supporting cross-functional teams in delivering enhancements.
Managing the development and implementation of new products or enhancements, and defining business requirements.
Managing product and service positioning, ensuring consistency.
Overseeing the portfolio of existing product features, promoting adoption, and maintaining competitiveness.
