We are seeking experienced Senior Guidewire Developers with robust cloud expertise to support a large-scale digital transformation program. We have multiple openings across Integration, BillingCenter (BC), PolicyCenter (PC), and DataHub/InfoCenter.
The ideal candidates will be technical leaders capable of designing and implementing scalable solutions within a modern insurance ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery: Design, develop, and implement Guidewire solutions tailored to specific modules (Integration, BC, PC, or DataHub/InfoCenter).
Cloud Integration: Build and maintain cloud-native integrations utilizing the Guidewire Integration Framework, REST APIs, and advanced messaging patterns.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable code.
Technical Excellence: Contribute to system design, maintain rigorous technical documentation, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
Project Governance: Support various delivery lifecycles, ensuring alignment with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire development experience.
Cloud Expertise: Proven, mandatory experience working within the Guidewire Cloud environment.
Certifications: Active Guidewire ACE Certifications (Integration, BillingCenter, or PolicyCenter) are required.
Technical Depth: A deep understanding of Guidewire architecture, product features, and out-of-the-box capabilities.
SDLC Proficiency: Experience working through the full Software Development Life Cycle in structured Agile or Waterfall environments.
Integration/Data: Solid understanding of modern integration patterns or data architecture (specific to the role).
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with Canadian P&C Insurance standards and regional cloud platforms.
Specialized knowledge in DataHub/InfoCenter, including data modeling and financial reporting integrations.
Strong grasp of General Ledger (GL) reporting and financial data concepts.
