Job Description


Our Client's Enterprise Security team is expanding and seeks an experienced and strategic Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect. This role focuses on safeguarding organizational security, including cybersecurity, physical, and personnel security, and collaborating with SCADA, Automation, and Information Systems teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IAM solutions for on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, attributes, and access rights (including PIM/PAM).
  • Configure and maintain authentication protocols (SAML, LDAP, Entra ID, SSO) and implement MFA/biometrics.
  • Align IAM strategies with NIST CSF and ISO 27001, ensuring secure integration with enterprise applications.
  • Monitor and audit access activities, addressing anomalies and breaches.
  • Educate stakeholders on IAM policies and collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;extensive hands-on experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and cloud computing environments;expertise in identity federation, directory services, and identity lifecycle management;experience configuring and managing access control systems for elevated privileges;strong understanding of access governance, compliance frameworks, and secure provisioning;proven ability to lead IAM initiatives.
  • Preferred: CISSP, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or similar IAM-related certifications;experience in SCADA, industrial security, or energy sector environments.
