Our client is seeking a highly skilled Illumio Security Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Illumio Core and SAAS PCE, along with other Illumio workload segmentation features. This role involves large-scale deployments, policy management, and traffic analysis within enterprise environments, preferably in financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and manage Illumio Core (v23.5.31) and Illumio SAAS PCE (v24.4.0-2285).
Implement and enforce Illumio policies for onboarded endpoints, including selective and full enforcement.
Review traffic and telemetry data, and generate reports from Illumio.
Manage and maintain Illumio workload segmentation suite of features.
Technical Expertise:
Operating Systems: Proficient in Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022), AIX, Linux, and Openshift/OCP.
Tools & Technologies: Experience with Tanium (or equivalent) for software packaging/deployment, Citrix, Golden Image, Hypervisors, VDI, and SCCM packaging processes.
Other Key Expertise:
Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environments, ideally within a financial institution.
Ability to interact with critical applications and high-sensitivity customers/stakeholders.
Strong operational excellence, including excellent written and spoken communication, technical documentation, and meticulous configuration/policy management.
Formal Illumio training/certification is highly desirable.
