Job Description

Role Summary:
  • Provides technical onboarding support and integration for new and existing consumer credit, fraud, and small business products.
  • Interfaces with clients to ensure smooth technical setup and integration.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides expert technical support for new product implementation.
  • Assists with system interfaces and technical setup.
  • Ensures positive customer experience during implementation.
  • Collaborates with Client Engineering, ePMO, and UAT teams.
  • Facilitates customer support via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Manages implementation timelines and customer expectations.
  • Advises management on progress and issues.
  • Creates and maintains reports.
  • Documents customer concerns and updates tickets.
  • Adheres to standard procedures and compliance requirements.
Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and programming languages.
  • Experience with JSON and XML transactions, APIs, and databases.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
