Our client is hiring an Intermediate to Senior Deskside Support Resource. This role involves leading Windows 11 deployment, improving support processes, and providing day-to-day hardware and software troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Windows 11 Rollout leadership and participation.
Proactive improvement of deskside support processes.
Day-to-day hardware and software troubleshooting for end-users.
Application installation, configuration, and updates.
Hardware maintenance (cables, workstation setup).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven deskside support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 11 experience a significant asset).
Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility for overtime and travel to Thunder Bay, Timmons, and Hanover (travel costs covered).
