Job Description

Responsibilities:

Respond to incidents (infrastructure, network, SQL, access requests to tools like Secret Server, SolarWinds).
Work with monitoring, event, and incident management tools (SolarWinds –Orion, ServiceNow).
Manage server backups and maintenance plans.
Complete approved IT infrastructure changes (e.G., patching) within change windows.
Perform regular physical infrastructure checks and remediation.
Complete quarterly vulnerability scans and remediate issues.

What You Bring:

2+ years experience managing complex, multi-tenant infrastructure tools (on-premise and cloud-connected).
Experience managing IT service management tools (performance monitoring, ITSM solutions).
Experience with incident, problem, change, and service request management following ITIL framework.
Experience with first-level server technologies (remoting into servers, implementing patches).
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues.
