Our client is seeking an experienced Intermediate to Senior Deskside IT Resource to serve as their sole on-site IT professional. This role requires a highly independent, self-starting individual with strong problem-solving, communication, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide all local deskside IT support and troubleshooting.
Manage daily IT operations and adhere to established procedures.
Maintain excellent customer service as the primary on-site IT presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an intermediate desktop support resource.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a workload independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
