Our client is looking for a dynamic Support Specialist to provide support to our Windows 11 and iOS device refresh initiatives across all their locations.
The successful candidate will bring: 3+ years experience configuring, imaging, and deploying Windows laptops and desktops, as well as iOS devices 3+ years experience performing software installs/deployments and applying patches for Windows Operating Systems and iOS 3+ years experience in hardware troubleshooting for Windows laptop and desktop devices, as well as iOS devices 3+ years experience with Mobile Device Management tools for managing iOS devices
In addition to the above skills and experience, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;verbal and written communication skills;and interpersonal skills.
Location: Fully onsite 5 days/week across various locations (Oshawa, Hamilton, Bradford/East Gwillimbury). Gas is not reimbursed.
