Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Enterprise Architecture & Integration to lead the definition, governance, and execution of enterprise architecture and integration strategies aligned to business objectives and long-term technology direction.
This role provides cross-domain oversight spanning application, data, integration, and cloud architecture. The successful candidate will ensure that enterprise solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with architectural standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.
The Manager works closely with IT senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams to translate business capabilities into current-state assessments and future-state roadmaps. This role balances long-term strategic planning with practical execution, modernization initiatives, and technical debt reduction in a complex, multi-system enterprise environment.
Partner with IT senior leadership to define and execute the enterprise technology roadmap.
Develop and maintain current-state and future-state architecture blueprints across application, integration, data, and cloud domains.
Establish and lead architectural governance processes to ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments aligned with organizational priorities.
Integration & Solution Design
Lead architecture and design reviews for new systems and enhancements.
Develop detailed technical designs and integration strategies for enterprise platforms.
Oversee the integration of new systems into existing infrastructure, including logistical planning and operational transition support.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and long-term scalability requirements.
Technical Leadership & Delivery
Provide leadership and direction to architecture and integration teams.
Mentor and develop high-performing technical resources, including global and remote teams.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
Participate in post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.
Risk, Security & Compliance
Ensure architectures align with regulatory frameworks including SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, NIST, and PII requirements.
Evaluate security posture of existing and proposed systems.
Mitigate architectural and integration risks across enterprise platforms.
Required Knowledge & Expertise
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.G., TOGAF) and integration patterns.
Deep expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services
Experience with enterprise application ecosystems, including: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, MuleSoft
Strong working knowledge of APIs, middleware, data integration, client-server architecture, and database management.
Solid understanding of information security principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable enterprise solutions.
