Job Description

Role: Develop test stations to automate antenna production and ensure performance meets customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Interface with the design team.
- Analyze test requirements and define test methods.
- Develop test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Create software applications and automatic RF test procedures.
- Conduct test follow-up and operations support in areas like RF, power, metrology, and mechanics.
- Plan and coordinate test activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Or equivalent in electrical engineering or physics.
- Background in electromagnetics or microwaves.
- Good programming skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Team coordination skills and initiative.

Special Considerations:
- Must obtain and hold security clearance.
- Must pass security assessment for Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
