Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizational Change Management:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive log of organizational impacts.
    • Create and manage a streamlined OCM plan (stakeholder engagement, training, adoption strategies).
    • Identify key stakeholders, assess readiness, and support engagement.
    • Design and execute a communications strategy for diverse stakeholder groups.
    • Work closely with Project Manager, Business Analysts, and business sponsors to align change activities.
  • Release Planning & Post-Release Support:
    • Collaborate with project teams on release planning.
    • Provide OCM support post-implementation for sustained adoption.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management for enterprise-level transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and shared services environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time capacity.
  • Experience developing OCM deliverables (impact assessments, change plans, communications strategies).
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Ability to align OCM activities with release planning, go-live support, and post-release stabilization.

Preferred Skills:
  • Must have: Certification in Prosci ADKAR, or similar change management methodologies.
  • Nice to have: Experience in a university or other post-secondary educational environment.
  • Nice to have: Understanding of service management principles and metrics.
