We are seeking a Programmer Systems Analyst II to design, develop, and support enterprise applications and integration solutions that drive business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while enhancing enterprise systems and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, and workflow solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Develop and support integrations between enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Create technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation specifications.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues while ensuring system performance and reliability.
Contribute to software development best practices, system architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in software development, enterprise application development, or systems integration.
Strong programming skills and experience developing enterprise applications and APIs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, ETL, middleware, and enterprise integration tools.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, JSON, XML, or similar technologies.
Experience with relational databases, Agile development methodologies, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
Familiarity with automation platforms and modern cloud-based enterprise technologies is an asset.
