Programmer Systems Analyst II

About the Role

We are seeking a Programmer Systems Analyst II to design, develop, and support enterprise applications and integration solutions that drive business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while enhancing enterprise systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, and workflow solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Develop and support integrations between enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Create technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues while ensuring system performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to software development best practices, system architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members as needed.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, enterprise application development, or systems integration.
  • Strong programming skills and experience developing enterprise applications and APIs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, ETL, middleware, and enterprise integration tools.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, JSON, XML, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with relational databases, Agile development methodologies, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms and modern cloud-based enterprise technologies is an asset.
