Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the HR Integration. This role delivers HR policy, process, and system alignment using a hybrid agile/waterfall approach, with a strong focus on employee experience and compliance.
Core Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of HR integration, including planning, budgeting, and executive reporting.
Spearhead the harmonization of HR policies and processes, covering payroll, benefits, and HRIS touchpoints (e.G., UKG).
Oversee change management, communications, training, and cutover activities.
Ensure adherence to all governance and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience (hybrid agile/waterfall).
Proven domain expertise in HR operations, payroll/benefits, HRIS, and change management.
