Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to streamline Business-to-Business (B2B) operations by consolidating to a single CRM tool. This role requires strong stakeholder management for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of migration and integration phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary contact, manage expectations, facilitate consensus among diverse B2B leadership, end-users, and technical teams, and execute communication plans.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, goals, and deliverables;develop detailed plans, schedules, and resource allocation;monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate external vendors for CRM transition, ensuring quality delivery and efficient communication.
Required Experience:
  • Project Manager leading multi-phased enterprise-level projects (ideally CRM consolidation or major system implementations).
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management with highly engaged executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales/operations lifecycle and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Highly Desirable Experience:
  • Direct experience with Salesforce and/or Vonage or similar cloud-based CRM platforms.
  • Experience with data migration and integration planning.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
