Our client is seeking a hands-on Manager to own the full ad operations lifecycle across web and mobile. This high-impact role is the operational backbone of the business, ensuring smooth campaign delivery, accurate revenue recognition, and driving stronger performance through data-driven insights.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end ad operations: trafficking, QA, launch, pacing, delivery, and troubleshooting.
Build dashboards and business readouts (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) to analyze pacing, variances, and revenue impacts.
Monitor campaign health (viewability, brand safety, etc.) and escalate risks early.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to align data and fix delivery blockers.
Act as primary contact for ad servers, SDK partners, and third-party measurement platforms.
Lead process standardization, post-mortems, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
What You Bring
5+ years in publisher-side Ad Sales Operations or Ad Ops/Sales Management (mobile app/platform experience preferred).
Strong trafficking & delivery management experience across web and app.
Solid analytics skills: Power BI or Tableau, advanced Excel/Sheets, and comfort with SQL joins.
Experience with ad servers/SDKs (e.G., Kevel, AppLovin MAX, Unity, Tapjoy).
