Summary: The Application Administrator manages and supports the Client's Salesforce platform, including CRM and Marketing Cloud. They work with product owners and development teams to optimize platform use, implement new features, and ensure system security, stability, and performance. The role also acts as a subject matter expert and strategic advocate for Salesforce across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years Salesforce experience with Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Marketing Cloud certifications
Expertise in IT project lifecycle, business analysis, development, QA, and change management
Experience on enterprise-wide projects and industry-specific clouds (Education Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.)
Knowledge of Salesforce AI, testing best practices, and continuous learning to keep pace with platform updates
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement skills
Scope of Work:
Administer Salesforce and integrated AppExchange applications across environments
Manage user permissions, security, and system stability
Analyze requirements and implement solutions with objects, triggers, workflows, and pages
Oversee Marketing Cloud workflows, data extensions, journeys, and campaign synchronization
Lead platform updates, data integrity projects, training, and adoption initiatives
