This role is ideal for someone who is technically hands-on, understands the Salesforce platform deeply, and can work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
We are particularly seeking candidates who can:
Configure and enhance Salesforce features including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
Translate functional requirements into configuration using standard Salesforce tools and best practices.
Support sprint planning, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate effectively with business analyst, developers, QA and project stakeholders.
Ensure change management, data integrity, and documentation standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
Nice-to-haves include:
Experience with Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or multi-cloud implementations.
Prior experience supporting complex Salesforce delivery projects in higher education or the public sector.
