This role will primarily support a core CRM implementation project, while also contributing to our broader enterprise CRM transformation initiative. The architect will play a key role in shaping and executing our Salesforce strategy across multiple faculties and business units.
We are specifically looking for someone who can:
Lead technical solution design across Salesforce core platforms (Sales and Service Cloud), Education Cloud, and 3rd-party/API integrations.
Define scalable, enterprise-wide Salesforce data models and a phased CRM architecture roadmap.
Guide and mentor the Salesforce development team to align with best practices and ensure sustainability and data compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and non-Salesforce architects to deliver integrated, cost-efficient, and future-proof solutions.
