We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who can work closely with stakeholders, project manager, architects, and the Salesforce delivery team to translate business needs into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will:
Have 5+ years of hands-on BA experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects.
Be Salesforce Business Analyst certified.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements.
Translate complex business processes into Salesforce features using standard capabilities wherever possible.
Develop user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and support test planning and UAT.
Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in the solution early in the process and work with the team to resolve them.
Support change management, training planning, and ensure solutions are aligned with end-user needs.
Nice-to-haves include:
Experience in higher education or public sector.
Familiarity with Education Cloud or other Salesforce industry clouds.
