Job Description

Required:

Skilled and experienced business analyst with cross-functional and cross-domain knowledge to deliver security and IT projects.
Effectively collect, document, and steward business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver key business analysis artifacts for design and development gap analysis.
Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks.
Understand business and process areas with opportunities and constraints.
Analyze business problems for solution design.
Identify misalignments in system use and data flows.
Document and diagram existing environment and data-flows.
Provide expertise to Program and Project Managers in business process design, planning, and governance.
Facilitate stakeholder sessions to drive requirements.
Gather non-functional requirements (security, capacity, performance, availability).
Act as a liaison between business and technical resources.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience.
Ability to express complex project concepts effectively, verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Strong facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
Knowledge of Business Analysis best practices.
Strong customer service focus with proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to translate requirements into processes and controls.
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes.
IT methodology and/or process implementation background.
