Job Description

Required:
  • Skilled and experienced business analyst with cross-functional and cross-domain knowledge to deliver security and IT projects.
  • Effectively collect, document, and steward business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver key business analysis artifacts for design and development gap analysis.
  • Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks.
  • Understand business and process areas with opportunities and constraints.
  • Analyze business problems for solution design.
  • Identify misalignments in system use and data flows.
  • Document and diagram existing environment and data-flows.
  • Provide expertise to Program and Project Managers in business process design, planning, and governance.
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to drive requirements.
  • Gather non-functional requirements (security, capacity, performance, availability).
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical resources.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience.
  • Ability to express complex project concepts effectively, verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis best practices.
  • Strong customer service focus with proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to translate requirements into processes and controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes.
  • IT methodology and/or process implementation background.
