Responsibilities:
Analyze data on cloud services and operations.
Innovate using Gen AI technologies for customer satisfaction.
Develop mathematical models and data pipelines.
Evaluate complex issues involving customer and business data.
Generate data reports and business insights with ML/AI.
Bonus Skills:
Mobile Device Management or B2B cloud solutions experience.
AWS/GCP/Azure certification.
Tableau and ML engineering experience.
Experience with Airflow, EKS, EMR, Redshift, Kubernetes.
DevOps experience.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
3+ years in a data scientist/analyst role, building and deploying ML/AI models.
Strong SQL and Python skills (SciKit-Learn, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras).
