Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead technical decision-making for scrum teams, collaborating with architects and tech leads.
Develop coding standards and testing approaches.
Collaborate with delivery lead on planning, execution, and issue escalation.
Design and develop cloud-based microservices (Azure, GCP).
Analyze complex business requirements and generate technical specifications.
Leverage industry best practices for solution design, testing, implementation, and support.
Ensure quality, security, and compliance.
Perform performance analysis and tuning.
Provide production support.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years hands-on Java application development experience (Object-Oriented, Design Patterns).
Knowledge of SOAP or RESTful web service protocols.
Unix/Linux knowledge and strong shell scripting skills.
Database experience: Oracle, MySQL;strong SQL and PL/SQL.
Understanding of operating systems, development environments, and deployment practices.
Proficiency in business analysis, technical analysis, and design requirements.
Highly experienced with Wealth Management systems (trading, fee management, reporting).
Excellent communication, time management, and project management experience.
Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, motivated with strong analytical skills.
Solid development and support experience for complex technical problems.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Creative and flexible in identifying technical solutions in a dynamic environment.
