Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing product designs and technical changes.
  • Ensuring compliance with specifications in work instructions and processes.
  • Interpreting acceptance criteria and optimizing control plans.
  • Coordinating problem-solving and corrective actions for non-conformities.
  • Performing internal and supplier audits.
  • Analyzing data and leading continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Good French communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of GD&T, AS 9100, and aerospace standards.
  • Computer skills.

Assets:
  • Auditor training.
  • Training in quality engineering or continuous improvement (APQP, CQE, Six Sigma).

Other:
  • Must obtain security clearance.
