The Lead is responsible for ensuring the accurate financial architecture, reporting, and reconciliation of complex revenue streams, including prepaid fares and multi-agency settlements.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting lifecycle of deferred revenue.
Ensure rigorous compliance with Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS).
Lead the financial configuration and integration of electronic payment systems with back-end ERP/financial systems.
Establish and monitor robust reconciliation and audit frameworks.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years in a lead financial role supporting transportation payment systems or high-volume electronic transaction environments.
Mastery of deferred revenue accounting and deep working knowledge of PSAS.
