We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to lead and support enterprise-wide transformation and modernization initiatives. This role focuses on strategic planning, governance, execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational change, and technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a prioritized, outcome-driven transformation roadmap.
Plan, coordinate, and execute project and program activities using Agile methodologies.
Support the development of operating models, frameworks, processes, and reusable project assets.
Facilitate executive alignment, stakeholder collaboration, steering committees, working groups, and project reviews.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience leading large-scale projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
3+ years of experience supporting digital transformation, modernization, technology, innovation, or emerging technology initiatives.
Proven experience working in complex, fast-paced Agile environments with competing priorities.
Experience establishing governance structures, operating models, performance metrics, and program oversight frameworks.
Strong background in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, workforce enablement, and workshop facilitation.
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in project management, Agile, cloud, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
Ability to work in environments requiring appropriate security or background clearance, where applicable.
