We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Management Specialist to lead the planning and execution of strategic cybersecurity initiatives. In this role, you will oversee programs across Cyber Threat Intelligence, Operational Resilience, Cyber Planning, and Monitoring and Response functions. You will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving project delivery, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment with organizational security objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Governance
Lead and provide project management support for cybersecurity initiatives across Monitoring and Response, Operational Resilience, and Cyber Planning portfolios.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with established standards and controls.
Agile Delivery & Coordination
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
Guide technical teams in prioritizing work, tracking progress, and achieving project milestones.
Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Operational Resilience & Planning
Support the development and execution of IT resilience strategies and roadmaps.
Coordinate resilience and recovery testing activities for critical business systems.
Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to strengthen operational continuity.
Resource & Change Management
Coordinate resource planning and optimization with functional managers and project stakeholders.
Manage project and program changes in accordance with established governance processes.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
Maintain project dashboards and communicate status, risks, and key performance metrics to leadership and sponsors.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to address inquiries and align solutions with organizational requirements.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to support decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education
University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Information Security and Information Technology.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager leading cybersecurity projects and managing cross-functional teams within complex enterprise environments.
